I believe ONDC will be a game changer for India's retail sector - the potential is transformative. Pilots are already underway with emerging results. I drew this Sketchnote to gain a better understanding for myself and for others interested in seeing how it will evolve.
While I can see how this enables value chain partners to diversify in to retail, there is an opportunity for technology firms to take on the challenges of adoption and onboarding of hyperlocal retailers - critical for the overall success of ONDC. What are your thoughts?
