Such an interesting thought that our feelings carry information and we should learn to question them objectively. The human body becomes a source of insight.

Imagine this panning out in a group activity - a design thinking intervention where along with other sources of information, participants query emotions as they run through their own bodies.
Anger: What needs to be destroyed?
Fear: What are we avoiding that needs to be faced?
Sadness: What do we need to let go off?
Joy: What is calling for a celebration?
Sexual Energy: What will drive us to lead with creativity?
This sketchnote is based on Jim Dethmer’s book 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership. I think we should all read it to become better human beings.
